Provide software and firmware update to millions of vehicles based on vehicle profile, such as car model, software, firmware version and geo-location. Maintain the configuration including hardware device, software, firmware version consistency between a vehicle client and its digital avatar in the cloud since the registration of a vehicle. The registration of the vehicle can be done through the registration from the web portal or self registration when a vehicle connecting to the cloud first time.

Detect accident or maintenance issues in a vehicle and report the issues to the operation center. The agents in the operation center can provide assistance remotely or visit the accident place in personnel.
Based on the services associated with the vehicle avatar, the system will create data retrieving scripts or configurations. These scripts/configurations will be sent to the vehicle. With these scripts/configurations, the vehicle will only handle and transfer the data associated with the context.
Enable Vehicle Data Ecosystem
Log vehicle alerts based on context, location, vehicle & driver profile. The contextual situation can be vehicle & driver logs, a disaster or a climate issue, a recall or a maintenance issue. The vehicle profile includes car model, software and firmware version, geolocation, and subscribed services.
Provide data services based on historical and real-time vehicle data. Data protection and privacy are supported with these data services. Data access are controlled by the data owner which includes driver, passengers and OEM. Data access records are cryptographically cyber secured, logged, monitored, auditable and can easily be verified by the regulatory agency.
Enable Smart Mobility Services
Update vehicle avatar dynamically with driver avatar and planned tasks. Create configuration and services for the vehicle based on the planned tasks including driver profile and vehicle profile such as geofence and fuel range. Services such as climate, road condition monitoring and smart alerts will be generated if an issues is detected.
Vehicle accidents, maintenance issues and design issues can be reported in the issue management. One can analyze the issue through the vehicle visualizer which can provides 360 degree visibility including history, current status and planned tasks.
